Data Exports & RETS Access

More then ever before, there is a growing number of software applications now available to Members that, leveraging the integration of MLS data, can make you more effective, efficient and successful in serving the needs of your clients. On that same theme, there are now utilities available to MLS that can manage the custom creation and access to raw listing data sets securely and proficiently. The most common uses for this data includes:

IDX Websites – Content in this data set is comprised of active listing data and photos for properties selected by brokers for inclusion in the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) on-line marketing collaborative.

VOW Websites – Found within this array is both active and off-market listing content for use within Virtual Office Websites (VOW) by established clients of a brokerage.

Intra-Office Applications – The most complete data set, contained herein is both active and off-market listing content, as well as “REALTOR-only” fields such as commission rate and showing instructions.   Unlike IDX and VOW data, this content would be used internally within an office for market analytics, measuring agent production and to populate corporate property databases.

Access to these listing data sets is available to Members and third-party vendors which meet certain contractual obligations set by State-Wide MLS.
