New Fields Added to Status Change Form

The status change form has a new look and the following fields have been added:

New Fields Added:
Repair Closing Credits  Y/N (on HUD)      
Repair Closing Credits Comments
Financial Closing Credits  Y/N (on HUD) 
Financial Closing Credits Comments

These fields reflect any credits/concessions from the HUD Statement.   The Comments fields should reflect the $$ amount of any financial credits/ concession costs along with any supporting comments needed.
