RatePlug and State-Wide MLS are pleased to announce new program enhancements to the dynamic mortgage rate reporting system that is now available to ALL Members for FREE* beginning on Wednesday, April 14th!



Initially launched in October of 2009, the RatePlug system displays interactive, real-time mortgage payment and product information within the property listing reports sent by Members to homebuyers via MLXchange. These enhanced reports give your clients accurate housing payments when they are looking at properties...a value-add for you as their real estate professional.



One of the most powerful features of RatePlug is that it allows Members to select their own lending partners for display to their clients. For those Members who have previously enrolled and are using the Program currently, nothing will change.



However, for those Members who may have not initially subscribed to use RatePlug in the past or may not have had a preferred lending partner, yet wanted to give their customers access to the valuable financing tools RatePlug provides, the new program's upgrades include: 

• Now, when ALL Members send listings out to their potential homebuyers, there will be a new link located under the property picture which will give their customers direct access to an interactive mortgage tool where they can view current mortgage rates and payments specific to that property.   No need to sign-up or subscribe!

• For those Members without a selected lending partner, RatePlug will still provide real-time mortgage rates, the taxes and assessments pulled from the listing data, and insurance and PMI if applicable as factored using charts from a leading national service provider.

• With or without a preferred lending partner, now ALL Members can harness the power of dynamic lending information as provided by RatePlug!

For Members without a preferred lending partner, there's nothing you'll need to do as this new feature has been activated for you automatically. Want more information? RatePlug not for you? You can have the service removed from your customer-view reports in MLXchange by simply emailing your MLS ID# and the word " remove " to rateplug@statewidemls.com .
