Reporting New Teams

We now have the capability to accommodate team names on listings in place of a listing agent. MLS will assign an agent ID # for your team name for display on your listings.

Please note: This is an optional service for those teams who wish to use it. If you would like any listings to appear with a team name, please print, fill out and fax the Team Code Request form to 401-941-5320. This form requires your Broker's signature.

MLS will then notify your contact person of the agent ID#. Once the team name is input, your office administrator can change any current listings to the team code. The showing agent field will remain available for an agent's name if you wish to display one. A $100.00 license fee will be charged to your office.
